These Terms govern your use of Pika Labs AI at https://www.pikalabsai.net (the “Service”). By accessing the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

No adult or illegal content. Pika Labs AI is a general-audience creative tool for users aged 18+. Generating, uploading, or distributing pornographic, sexually explicit, or illegal content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not directed to children.

2. The Service

Pika Labs AI provides browser-based AI video tools (including text-to-video and related features). Output quality varies. We do not guarantee a specific result, render time, or uninterrupted availability. Free usage limits, if offered, may change.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use at [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, request, upload, or share:

  • Pornography, nudity intended to be sexual, or other adult (NSFW) content;
  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexualization of minors (zero tolerance; we will report as required by law);
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes of real people;
  • Content that promotes terrorism, extreme violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
  • Hate, harassment, or doxxing;
  • Copyright-infringing or trademark-infringing material you do not have rights to use;
  • Malware, spam, fraud, or attempts to bypass safety filters.

We may filter, block, or delete content and suspend access that violates this policy.

5. Your content and generated videos

You retain rights in prompts and files you upload, and you grant Pika Labs AI a worldwide license to host, process, and display that material as needed to run and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit it.

Subject to these Terms, you may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes where the law allows. You remain responsible for how you publish them (including likeness, copyright, and advertising rules). We may watermark free-tier exports.

6. Advertising

The site may display third-party ads, including ads served by Google. Ads are labeled as advertising. Clicking ads takes you to third-party sites we do not control. See our Privacy Policy for cookies, Google advertising, and opt-out options.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, trademarks, and software belong to Pika Labs AI or our licensors. You may not copy the Service or scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, except as allowed by robots.txt and ordinary browsing.

8. Disclaimer and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed by law. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the fullest extent permitted, our total liability will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the new effective date means you accept the update.
