This Privacy Policy explains how Pika Labs AI (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use https://www.pikalabsai.net and our AI video tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. Questions: [email protected].

Advertising disclosure. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

1. Who we are

Pika Labs AI is an online AI video generator for a general audience aged 18+. We are not directed at children. Adult, pornographic, and illegal content is prohibited. See our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account details if you register (email, name, login identifiers).
  • Prompts, uploaded images/videos, and generation settings you submit.
  • Support messages sent to [email protected].
  • Billing records if you buy a plan or credits. Payments are processed by a third-party processor. We do not store full card numbers or CVVs.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data (pages viewed, features used, timestamps).
  • Device and technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, approximate location from IP).
  • Cookies, pixels, and local storage used for the site, analytics, and advertising.

3. How we use information

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Service and generate videos you request.
  • Provide support, send transactional emails, and process payments.
  • Measure site performance with analytics (including Google Analytics, if enabled).
  • Show advertising that may be served by Google and measure ad performance.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, and prohibited content.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

4. Google advertising, cookies, and third-party ads

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

We may also use non-personalized ads where required by law. Google may still use cookies to fight fraud and abuse even for non-personalized ads.

Learn more: How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Analytics and other processors

We may use Google Analytics to understand traffic. Google Analytics may set cookies and process IP addresses as described in Google’s documentation. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We may also use hosting providers, CDN, email delivery, AI infrastructure, and payment processors. Those vendors process data only as needed to provide their services.

6. Sharing

  • Service providers who host, analyze, process payments, deliver email, or run AI models.
  • Advertising partners such as Google, as described in Section 4.
  • Legal requests, safety, and protection of rights.
  • Business transfers if we merge or sell assets.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you.

We do not sell personal information in the everyday sense of selling a mailing list. Some advertising cookies may be treated as “sharing” under California law; you can opt out via Ads Settings and your browser cookie controls.

7. Retention and security

We keep account and generation data as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. If you ask us to delete personal data, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period except where we must retain it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies make the site work (session, security, cookie-consent choice). Analytics and advertising cookies are non-essential. You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may reduce functionality.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has submitted data, email us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or to opt out of sale/sharing of personal information. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity. EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

11. International transfers

We operate globally. Your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
